Midtown Smoke Shop understands the importance of bringing our customers fast, dependable and discreet shipping. We work hard to safely and securely ship your order with the least amount of wait time possible. However, orders may be delayed 3 to 4 business days before shipping

Please note, we do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments. Midtown Smoke Shop is not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.

Shipping Methods

We ship responsibly and discreetly. We package all of our orders in either discreet plain brown boxes or standard USPS Priority Mail Packaging. For more information on what your package will look like click here. If the order is particularly fragile, we may use stickers or tape indicating FRAGILE or FRAGILE GLASS, if required. All Glass Products are securely double boxed for extra safety.

Tracking your Package

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that contains your tracking number and links to track your order online at MidtownSmokeShop.com and the shipping carriers website. Again, we cannot guarantee the delivery time estimates we receive from USPS or FedEx.

Once the package leaves our warehouse and has been scanned into the USPS or FedEx tracking system, we will do all we can to ensure that it arrives without unnecessary delays. However, Midtown Smoke Shop cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen and unavoidable delays while the package is in the care of USPS or FedEx. Also, it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. To prevent delay or possibly even additional fees, please provide us with your correct and current address. If there is an address change while the package is en route, we cannot take responsibility if the package is lost or if FedEx charges the customer an extra fee.

The USPS or FedEx delivery person at his or her discretion may choose to leave the package at the door. Midtown Smoke Shop will not take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has been delivered. We strongly recommend that customers track their package frequently and that there be someone over the age of 18 to receive the package when it arrives.

Signature Requirements

Midtown Smoke Shop, LLC reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. Signature requirements can not be waives once your package has shipped.

Discreet Shipping

We provide discreet shipping on all our orders. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us here at MidtownSmokeShop.com; you can shop with us in confidence! Because of our attention to privacy, your discretion is guaranteed. Your orders packaging will not allude to the contents.

All orders are sent in plain brown packaging with no graphics or text except for the shipping label. The shipping label contains your delivery address and a barcode, which represents your order number. USPS and FedEx both require us to have a return address label on your parcel.
